These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 34ok platform. By creating an account or placing a bet on 34ok, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Important Notice
This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 34ok (the "Company"). The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the 34ok platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The most current version is always available at 34ok.bet/terms-conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 34ok website, mobile site, or any service offered under the 34ok brand at the domain 34ok.bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance is effective from the moment you complete registration or, where registration is not required, from the moment you first access a restricted area of the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by 34ok, including but not limited to the casino game lobby, live dealer tables, sports betting (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all other cricket markets), crash games, fish shooting games, and any promotional offers or bonus programmes made available to registered players.
These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 34ok. Where a conflict exists between these Terms & Conditions and any other document, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the Company.
The Company communicates with players exclusively in English. All account correspondence, bonus notifications, support interactions, and formal notices will be delivered in English. It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient English comprehension to understand the terms presented before agreeing to them.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
34ok is an adult entertainment platform. Access to, and use of, all products and services offered by 34ok is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Strict 18+ Policy: Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and any winnings forfeited in full. 34ok takes underage gambling seriously and cooperates fully with any relevant investigative process. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use internet filtering tools to prevent minors from accessing gambling content.
In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to open and maintain an account with 34ok:
- You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
- You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the 34ok platform or any affiliated platform.
- You are not an employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee, director, or officer of 34ok or any of its affiliated companies or business partners.
- You are participating in gaming activities for personal entertainment purposes only, not for professional or commercial gain through exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
- You have not previously had an account terminated by 34ok for any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
34ok reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
3. Account Registration & Security
Each player is permitted to hold one single account on the 34ok platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any bonuses claimed, and potential forfeiture of winnings accumulated across the duplicate accounts. The Company uses automated and manual detection processes to identify duplicate registrations.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. It is your ongoing obligation to ensure this information remains current. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination.
Account Security Obligations
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
- You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- You must notify 34ok support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- 34ok will never contact you to request your password. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
- Enable two-factor SMS authentication via your account security settings for additional protection.
34ok employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions. However, account security also depends on steps taken by the player. The Company cannot be held liable for losses arising from the player's failure to maintain adequate security over their login credentials, provided that the Company's own systems have not been compromised.
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before a player's first withdrawal and may be requested at any other time at the Company's discretion. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of payment method ownership. All KYC documents are processed in accordance with the 34ok Privacy Policy.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 34ok platform are processed natively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Company does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of 34ok.
The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:
- Mobile Money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳500
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳1,000
- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard — minimum deposit ৳1,000
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 15 minutes and 4 business hours. Card withdrawal timelines follow standard banking processing schedules and are outside the direct control of 34ok once submitted.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
- The Company reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency.
- Bonuses must satisfy applicable wagering requirements in full before any portion of the associated balance may be withdrawn.
- The Company may impose withdrawal limits at account level where responsible gaming concerns have been identified.
- Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's own name.
Deposits made in error (for example, a duplicate deposit) may be refunded on request to the original payment method, subject to verification. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 24 hours of the transaction. The Company cannot guarantee reversal of deposits that have already been used in gameplay.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
34ok offers a range of bonus programmes and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
The 34ok Welcome Bonus provides eligible new players with a 100% deposit match up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated in the offer and must be made using an eligible payment method. The Welcome Bonus is available to each player once only.
General Bonus Conditions
- Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the offer terms.
- Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published in the relevant offer terms.
- Time Limit: All bonuses must be wagered within the time period stated in the offer. Bonuses not wagered within this period are automatically forfeited without notice.
- Bonus Abuse: The Company actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or collusion. Where abuse is detected, the Company reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
34ok reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of any amendment will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of acceptance for that specific offer cycle.
All bonus amounts, free spin winnings, and promotional credits are credited in BDT and are subject to the same currency-native treatment as real money balances once wagering requirements are satisfied. The Company will not convert, adjust, or supplement bonus amounts to compensate for currency fluctuations.
6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
34ok is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable platform for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable:
- Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile money provider in respect of genuine 34ok transactions. Players found to have filed fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts permanently closed and the disputed amounts pursued through available legal channels.
- Money Laundering: Using the 34ok platform in any way to launder money or process proceeds of unlawful activity. 34ok has a zero-tolerance policy on money laundering and complies fully with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Suspicious activity is reported to relevant authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game mode, including but not limited to poker, live dealer tables, or tournament formats.
- Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, screen scrapers, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to access or interact with the 34ok platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Duplicate Accounts: Creating more than one account per person, per household, or per device for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the Company or its support team.
- Interference: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the technical integrity of the 34ok platform, its servers, databases, or communication networks.
The Company employs a combination of automated risk-management systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players who believe they have been incorrectly identified for prohibited conduct may submit a formal dispute via [email protected], and the matter will be reviewed within 5 business days.
7. Account Closure & Suspension
Either party — the player or 34ok — may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact the support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all outstanding wagering requirements and KYC checks have been completed.
34ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:
- A breach of these Terms & Conditions has been confirmed or is under active investigation.
- The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months.
- A self-exclusion request has been received and processed.
- The Company has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being operated by a person other than the registered holder.
- A responsible gaming intervention has been initiated at the Company's discretion based on detected problem gambling indicators.
Self-Exclusion & Responsible Gaming Closures
Players who request self-exclusion will have their accounts immediately restricted for the period selected (minimum 6 months, up to permanent). Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period under any circumstances. Real-money balances on self-excluded accounts are returned to the player's registered payment method. Where an account is closed by the Company due to a confirmed Terms & Conditions breach, any balance comprising bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to active bonus terms will be returned to the player's registered payment method unless they form part of an active investigation into fraud or money laundering, in which case they may be held pending resolution.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
The 34ok platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and game integrity, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 34ok's total liability to any player in connection with use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Game Outcome Disputes: All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer draws. In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. The Company's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.
- Connectivity: 34ok is not responsible for losses arising from a player's internet disconnection, device failure, or mobile network interruption during active gameplay. Players in areas with unstable connectivity are advised to consider session risk accordingly.
- Third-Party Services: The Company is not liable for delays, errors, or failures originating with third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution. Such matters should be raised directly with the relevant payment provider.
- Tax Obligations: Players are solely responsible for understanding and meeting any personal tax obligations arising from winnings received through the 34ok platform in accordance with the laws applicable to them in Bangladesh. 34ok does not provide tax advice.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law, and any dispute arising under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
